Colt Government's custom used by S. Stallone in the 80's detective action movie "Cobra (1986)" has been modeled up with a real steel finish. The slide uses a special mold to faithfully reproduce the style of the Gold Cup National Match. The Gold Cup, which is an upgraded version of the Government as a target model, is characterized by the adoption of various equipment symbolizing precision shooting. The slide top is equipped with anti-reflection ribs, and the enlarged front sight is equipped with a partridge type that is angled so that the rear part will be in the shadow when sighting. The rear sight uses a small Eliasson type made by Kensight that can be finely adjusted up, down, left and right, and these have been realistically reproduced by introducing special parts. The difference between the Cobra custom and the original Gold Cup is the markings on the slide, with a simple Mark IV Series 80 marking on the left side and a unique 9mm conversion unit engraving on the right side. Also, when you look at the muzzle from the front, you can see that the barrel is thick like a bull barrel, which is a characteristic of the 9mm caliber Government. If you move the slide further back, you will see a characteristic overall shape that becomes narrower from the middle. This is also reproduced with special parts machined from brass and finished in black chrome, so you can fully enjoy the atmosphere as it is in the movie. The match trigger, which is machined to fit into the government frame, is a wide type long trigger with a large hollowed out midsection to reduce weight, and has a built-in stop screw that allows you to adjust the play after the trigger is tightened. . In addition, the front strap part of the frame and the main spring housing, which has been changed to a straight type to fit in the hand, are equipped with Colt's traditional groove cut anti-slip, giving it the charm of a good old American custom.
