The hammer uses a ring-shaped skeleton hammer designed for faster lock time. The high-ride grip safety prevents injury to the base of the thumb when gripping the gun high, and a memory bump at the bottom ensures high operability, allowing the grip safety to be disengaged without conscious effort.
