The second collaboration between C.A.T. and Hyper Douraku, the "Versatile-5 Odd Eye II" electric gun is here!!
The "Versatile-5 Odd Eye II" is a Hyper Douraku original build-to-order model that combines parts from the C.A.T. Versatile electric gun, pursuing "ease of use in airsoft games" just like the first one.
The Versatile-5 Odd Eye II pursues a style that is easy to handle in airsoft games. It is a pistol caliber carbine style electric gun.
The flash hider is equipped with Hyper Douraku's original lightweight resin A1 flash hider. It is lighter and easier to handle. Since it is an M14 reverse thread specification, it can be removed and a silencer or tracer can be attached.

The outer barrel is an aluminum free-float 5-inch barrel, and the handguard is also made of aluminum and is compatible with M-LOK. In addition, since it is a pistol caliber carbine specification, it has a clean style without a gas tube like a real gun.
Both the front and rear are equipped with plastic flip-up sights, which can be removed.

Trellis stock
Uses a battery-in trellis stock. The base of the stock is made of metal and has high rigidity, and the butt plate is made of rubber for a firm hold.
In addition, this trellis stock is about 1.5 cm shorter than a typical folding stock, making it easy for people who want to hold it compactly or for small users to hold it.

Slide the cheek pad
Slide the cheek pad to set a short stick type LiPo battery.

MAC2 Grip
The grip uses a new MAC2 grip. It has a non-slip texture, so it is less likely to slip even when wearing gloves. In addition, the CQB grip with a beaver tail improves handling and grip, and the relatively slim shape makes it easy to grip even for people with small hands.

Receiver
The receiver made of reinforced nylon resin PA66/GF30 is lightweight yet has sufficient rigidity for use in airsoft games. The Picatinny rail extends from the top of the receiver to the handguard, so you can mount your favorite dot sight or scope.

In addition, it is equipped with C.A.T.'s unique mechanical variable pre-cocking function, and combined with the micro-switch trigger with a clicking feel, it is easy to grasp the timing of firing and you can enjoy a sharp trigger feeling.
The actual trigger pull is about 1kg, which is quite heavy compared to the sensor-type trigger.

The drum dial type variable hop-up with bolt lock, pre-cock release function, selector that can be operated from both sides, mag catch, bolt catch, etc. are the same specifications as the previous Versa Tail series.

Magazine
Both the 105-round long magazine and the 60-round short magazine are included as pistol-type magazines.
Made of slender resin, the short magazine is particularly portable and is suitable for a setup that emphasizes mobility, such as carrying it in a handgun mag pouch on the first line around the belt.
It can also be changed to M4 or AK magazine specifications with the optional magazine housing sold separately.

Easily stored in the Submachine Gun Bag 55
With the stock folded, the total length is 44cm, so it can be easily stored in the Hyper Doraku Submachine Gun Bag 55 even with the dot sight attached, and it is compact when transporting. Both long and short magazines can be stored in the magazine pocket.

The initial velocity is around 89m/s with a 0.2g bullet hop aptitude, the firing cycle is 17 to 18 shots per second using a 7.4V 20C LiPo, and the accuracy is also stable, hitting a man target 40m away with ease despite the Versatile series' unique short barrel.
