SAI box flute barrel popular for private custom (Taktore family etc.) is realistically modeled for GBB. Box flute design cut into a square shape that is bolder than the usual grooved flute barrel. Although it is a design that can be said to be unusual, it is a barrel custom that is accelerating in the United States in pursuit of lighter weight, heat dissipation, and reduction of barrel whip (swell of barrel at launch). Stainless steel is fully CNC machined, resulting in a very clean and highly accurate finish. TiN (titanium nitride) coating is applied on a stainless steel base like the actual product. The surface hardness is higher than plating, and the lubricity is also high, so the wear resistance is dramatically improved!
The barrel tip uses a 14mm reverse thread thread. A silencer can be installed. When not using the silencer, a steel thread cover is included so that the thread is not damaged.
A stainless steel inner barrel extended to fit the barrel is included, probably because the barrel is extended for threading.
This is also CNC finish like the outer, very beautiful finish. The inner diameter is a popular Φ6.08mm specification.
