-"TN Barrel" KM's flagship product "TN Barrel" uses a carefully selected brass material, and has its own coating "TN Coating". With the manufacturing method, a barrel with an extremely small inner diameter error based on an inner diameter of 6.04 mm is completed. "HOP groove machining" HOP grooves need to be very severe.
General HOP groove machining is mostly end milling with a lathe. Although machining time and cost are required at our company, each hopper groove is machined one by one using an immersion type electric discharge machine.
“TN Coat” is a special Teflon coating based on Teflon with various additives.
It has excellent friction resistance and sliding properties, and has higher durability than general electrodeposition plating. TN coat is difficult to get dirty and has excellent maintainability, so it does not require much nervous maintenance.
Performance can be maintained if you clean the inner barrel regularly with a maintenance rod.
