ORGA WIDEBORE Cylinder Trepone is finally here!
ORGA WIDEBORE Cylinders for Trepons have a larger inner diameter than the Systema, FCC, and HAO Trepon Cylinders, increasing the volume inside the cylinder and increasing the amount of air released.
All the parts that make up are all made in Japan, the design is reviewed by Olga Airsoft, and all parts are remade.
WIDEBORE has accuracy?
When fired with the same initial speed setting and the same bullet weight, the larger the cylinder capacity, the greater the exhaust air, and the longer the duration of the "straight bullet movement".
This makes it possible to delay the timing at which the BB bullets start to blur, resulting in improved accuracy.
About materials and components
The cylinder material used in ORGA WIDE BORE PTW is only two companies in Japan, and we asked a company specializing in manufacturing pipes used in domestic nuclear power plants to select a particularly hard material (SUS304) among stainless steel materials.
By eliminating the final heat treatment of SUS304, we succeeded in reducing the thickness of the cylinder.
Uses strong stainless steel for all parts where “durability is important” such as screw parts and impact parts.
In particular, the screw pitch is elaborately finished, and the screw engagement is much better than that of overseas Trepon cylinders, making it a sturdy finish.
The ORGA Trepon cylinder has a specially designed piston head (piston and silicon O-ring, piston head O-ring can be used by other companies).
Since the cylinder tube has a wide inner diameter, the piston head has a large outer diameter.
