The SIG Sauer M17 (P320) gas blowback pistol, selected as the latest official handgun for the US Army, has finally been modeled under official license from SIG. The M17 is a handgun that won the "XM17 MHS (Modular Handgun System)" competition, which determines the next generation sidearm, beating out products from well-known firearms manufacturers such as Beretta, FN Herstal, and Glock. The M17 incorporates cutting-edge designs in various places in response to the requirements of the US military. In particular, it has an ergonomic configuration with an ambidextrous manual safety, slide stop, and a grip that fits well in the hand. It also has a variety of tactical features such as an under-rail, white dot sight, and a removable mount plate to accommodate modern warfare, where the battle situation is rapidly changing.
It is manufactured by Taiwan's VFC, which produces air guns with realism and excellent shooting performance. Since it is manufactured under official license, the appearance of the gun body, such as the shape, dimensions, engraving, and color, is finished like a real gun.
