Legendary detective drama ``Dangerous Detective''. This TV drama depicts the extraordinary activities of Toshiki Takayama, played by Hiroshi Tate, also known as Taka, and Yuji Oshita, played by Kyohei Shibata, also known as Yuji.It was a huge hit when it began airing in 1986, and was later made into a movie. .
Unfortunately, the final part of the series, ``Farewell Dangerous Detective'' was released in 2015, and the legend came to an end... However, the latest work will be released in 2024 as ``The Return of the Dangerous Detective.'' .
Even before filming began, we were approached by BIG SHOT, a well-known gun effect company in the Japanese film industry, and Tanaka Works hurriedly produced and provided a 2-inch model of the M10 used by Yuji in the film.
In the previous work "Farewell Dangerous Detective", the base gun for the M10 firing prop used by Yuji was Tanaka's M19, and our development team received a request to use a 2-inch model of the M10 in the same way. The firing and close-up models used in "The Farewell" have been made consistent and reproduced as models from 1962 to 1968.

The appearance reproduces the diamond checkered wooden grip that symbolizes that era, and the type with pins for securing the barrel.
Furthermore, it comes standard with a Pachmayr type grip adapter, which was also used by the FBI, to maximize the atmosphere used by police at the time.

As a model gun, it is equipped with the latest internal mechanism version 3 of the Tanaka K frame model gun system, and the main body is made of heavy weight (high specific gravity) resin and the grip is made of high quality walnut (American walnut). So, I made it even heavier.
