Product introduction
The aluminum alloy frame version of the Detective Special was named "Cobra" and was introduced in 1951.
This time, we created this Cobra as an "R-model" model gun with improved durability and operability while maintaining reproducibility.
The cylinder lock-up problem that occurred due to the faithful reproduction of the Colt mechanism is also prevented by the rebound lever, which has been changed to a two-piece structure made of strong press and die-casting, to prevent deviations in operating timing over a long period of time.
The exterior also features anti-reflective grooves on the front and rear sights, anti-slip serrations on the trigger, and the Bakelite-style (ABS) grip, short ejector rod, and side plate, all of which were characteristic of the early models released in 1951. The rampant hose engraved in the center and the Cobla stamp on the barrel are reproduced.
Also, the weight of the main unit without cartridge is 421g, so you can enjoy the weight that is almost the same as the real thing.
