There is a safety lever in the trigger part, and if you push it to the trigger side, you will be able to fire it if you push it forward, and if you push it forward.
By pushing the lever on the left side and moving the barrel tube forward, you can load and eject a 40mm type launcher cartridge with a total length of up to 90mm.
