[ Elite Centurion Custom Features ] We present a new version of the Centurion—a tactical carry gun within the M92 series—reimagined through the lens of modern tactics. The slide assembly utilizes the exclusive 4.25-inch Centurion slide, a model produced solely by WA in the airsoft market. Featuring authentic Beretta U.S.A. markings, the slide adopts a "Spartan" design philosophy, intentionally omitting front serrations for a clean, functional look. While the design of the barrel protruding from the slide is a Beretta tradition dating back to the M1934, the Centurion—designed with carry use in mind—features a shortened barrel.
Eight exhaust ports (four on each side, angled upward and outward) have been added to the front of the outer barrel, creating an aggressive, distinctive appearance. The steel full-length guide rod assists in smooth recoil spring operation while helping to achieve a "top-heavy" balance preferred by many shooters. Upgrading the front and rear sights is considered an essential step when tactically customizing a handgun originally developed for military service.
The WA Elite Centurion features a fiber-optic front sight that glows red under ambient light, providing an excellent sight picture for rapid target acquisition. The oversized, squared-off rear sight features a robust design that minimizes deformation from impact while also serving as a "cocking shoulder" for one-handed slide manipulation.
Anti-slip checkering has been added to the front and back straps of the frame, ensuring a secure grip. Additionally, the area beneath the compact beavertail features a "high-grip cut," further enhancing handling comfort. A skeletonized hammer is employed to reduce lock time, and the trigger is a lightweight "match" type, thinner than the standard M92FS trigger.
[ High-grade specifications featuring standard G10 grips ] Custom G10 grip panels are fitted, showcasing the distinctive, striking patterns unique to this laminated material. G10 is a composite material created by compressing and curing fiberglass and epoxy resin under high pressure; prized for its exceptional durability and water resistance, it is a popular choice for real-steel firearm and knife grips.
The slide is crafted from "Carbon Black Heavyweight" material; it undergoes a bead-blasting process to achieve a matte texture, followed by polishing on the side surfaces. A blued finish is applied to leverage the unique properties of the heavyweight material, creating a striking contrast between the matte-finished curved surfaces and the glossy flat sections. This deep, authentic texture—combined with the solid, rigid feel of the material—delivers a tactile experience so impressive that anyone holding it might hardly believe their own eyes.
Slide Maintenance: The surface finish of the Carbon Black Heavyweight material is designed to highlight the natural texture of the material itself and does not utilize paint or other coatings. Consequently, unlike painted finishes, the alloy powder mixed into the material remains exposed; this means oxidation or discoloration may occur over time or with frequent use. We recommend regular maintenance after use, such as wiping away dirt (like skin oils) from the surface using a silicone spray (sold separately).
